"The menu is only on an A4 paper, (they change the menu weekly) which is great because it makes the choose a lot quicker and everyone is able to find something from it that fits their taste. The food is good and the portion is...more than enough. The restaurant opens at 6pm and you will need to make a reservation before. The kitchen is right behind the counter when they make food the whole room smells like spices and what they're making at the moment. The service was okay. Many people who rewiew it say they are unfriendly or arrogant but I think they just want to make it quick so noone would need to waste time waiting too long. It gets a little bit too hot in there, (the place gets full pretty fast) if possible it would be good to sit next to a window."

large local and seasonal dishes. cooked and served with love. every time I come here, I am very happy with the food and drink. great selection of wee and the waiters are great. book them far in advance as it is hard to get a table.

It have been a good experience to be here as a turist. It is a typical german Kitchen. As always the food is not the best but the winersnitzel and the fish was ok. The People that serve us have time to sit down and...that was nice. The Food was awrage but the drink was good a nice place to be with good friends

we have visited this restaurant several times and have never been disappointed. eating is absolutely first class to fit with a standard of service. the atmosphere is completely relaxed and uncomplicated. watching the staff prepare the eating is a great fun what is possible. since the kitchen is partly integrated into a section of the escaping area. highly recommended! Was not a pleasant experience the hummer was spongy, service was rude. What a disappointment. We were given a little table in a corner, with coats hanging on the side, touching the heads of whom would have sit there; we asked for another table...and were looked at with disdain. The experience did not get any better, bread was dried out, the main courses not particularly good value for money. Will not go back.

we have been waiting for better in all aspekten. I asked pink roast lamb and my wife kabeljau, my eating came almost cold and the lamb did not pink in the inner in the opposite to what I chose. a bad service, very economical, without waiter's professional experience...in a restaurant like this, where they pay 26 euro for the lamb and 25 euro for the cabling, customers deserve a better service. if a customer has requested a glass wein from the wine list, the waiter should provide the appropriate bottle to the customer and serve the wine on the table. we have paid with salates, main course, desserts, wine and water around 100 euro.

the restaurant is located in a former pub. the pub stands were removed and tables added. the place was busy on a Thursday evening during a holiday period, but the noise level was so that they could have a talk with their party. they probably would have. by the number of diners can benefit from an additional server, but we were not in a hurry. our server was very friendly and spoke very decent English. eating was quite satisfactory and the wine prices were very reasonable compared to what I am used to in the usa. the restaurant does not take credit cards – only German debit cards, if they do not come from Germany, bring them euros. This was my second attempt at this restaurant and it was worse than my bad first experience. Went without reservation and on entering was told that was full, OK, however a large table was empty, on asking this was also reserved, so left the restaurant.. no problem. Then the same waiter ran into the street and shouted that the table was free after all. Sat then waited 10 minutes to be served whereupon a waiter threw a break basket on the table together with menus and then walked away !! No hello nothing no words at all. Waited a further 5 minutes and then left. This has to be one of the worst if not the worst and most arrogant restaurant in Bremen

"by a good license of a very well-known good-schein portal with g I came to a great tipp. the muchos más is located in bremen am wall, a really excellent address. some steps lead to the entrance behind which the gas space is located. a large room with a dressing room, furnished more simply with wood and benches as well as a bar. "in general: in the “Q1 metropolitan kitchen bar” expect a “most popular dishes from the trendy new yorker town parts little italy and Soho”. “The offer is rounded off by the best prime beef steaks from the lavasteingrill.” now I don’t count to those who follow trends and read the reading of the q1 with an “Aha” schnarch and no “Oha” inspiring. But for a once again pleasing evening with good friends and the claim to find a restaurant beyond grieche, italian co., I stayed hanging after more thorough research at q1. interieur, map and interieur. after the visit I can add that the service and the atmosphere are also appealing. a complete address for the brewer's inner city and well suited for a classic "going out", the q1 is also waiting with a bar service that can prepare or complete the culinary process. the price level is raised but not yet lifted. a fuffi should be put in per head if you want to stay a little longer in q1 and are to be starved and thirst properly defeated. However, they were already waiting in the kitchen pass, because hardly any of us had agreed they were plotted. the drinks did not come excessively flotted, but after acceptable time; a water had been in obscurity. the spatula card has been advertised and especially the lemongrass soup is recommended as a personal favorite of our servant. I like to give four stars. as it belongs to a bar, there is a plentiful drink offer. two beer jever and radeberger are tapped and can be nailed for 0.2 l with proud 2.10 €. a bottle water 0.75 l comes to 5,90 € and the 11 open weine are in the band width from 4,90 € to 8,00 €. They are complemented by ceiling spots and wall lights on the inside, which adds to a sufficient illumination of the restaurant. pleasant also the acoustic. neither is a trendy musical taste tailored like e.g. b. in the bullerei in hamburg, there is still a noise level against which one has to address at one's own table. the colour of the möblierung and the areas is beige brown. the flooring is probably real halls. the deko is limited to framed photos, graphics and round mirrors. for semi-high verfelungen care on old trimmed bretter. the bar area is well separated from the actual restaurant and has to offer a cuddly corner with sofas for cumin besides bar stools on long tresen. the actual restaurant is elongated. is best seated on the foursomes on the inside, standing on a podium and being rigidly arranged with the benches. here the tables are sufficiently dimensioned and you have a good overview. “The bottom” is clearly narrower than the photos suggest on the homepage. for our table 93 and the ambiente 4.5 star. was not surprising that the herrentoilette is also designed. you look at red mosaic tiles in the standing orientation, stand on black sloping floor and also the walls and doors are held in black. led radiators provide sufficient light in horizontal alignment, so that no darkroom jamming occurs. functionality and cleanliness also agree. cleanliness: nothing to complain."
