La Belle Verte - Carta

Cuisine surprenante, produits frais et de saison, serveur sympa, … une vraie découverte le tout pour un prix très raisonnable.

We came here for a Sunday brunch. I'm not vegetarian but I had the vegan brunch and it was delicious. I'd go back for a second visit.

We called by to see what the menu was like and in spite of the lunch menu being finished, we were invited to dine anyway. The food was expertly presented and delicious. I will certainly revisit. Thank you

J'ai été déjeuner avec un ami en début d'année, nous avons trouvé les plats excellents et très bien présentés. J'ai tendance à avoir bon appétit mais je ne suis pas resté sur ma faim. Nous y retournerons sans aucun doute. Updated from previous review on 2024-04-05

If you miss typical 12-2 lunch hours, this delightful place is willing to serve a delicious combo platter of entrees! The day I came, they weren't busy, and offered me a full lunch anyway!Food is absolutely delicious and healthy! I'm enjoying an amazing incredible cider, but all the drinks and teas look great. Gluten free bread is a lovely buckwheat and seed blend.Waitstaff was so friendly and accommodating! Ver carta

This is one of the best vegetarian and gluten free restaurants we have ever visited.The portions were large and the tastes were delicious . We had the full three courses but shared the entree and main for lunch. We met some friendly people sitting on the next table and the owners are passionate about their fare.We would definitely make it our regular haunt if we lived in Toulouse as we are travelling from Australia.

Sorry for delay...Feb '16 we visited this little restaurant and it was worth the walk to find it. A little walk from the main square in Toulouse but man! well worth it. I think the girl that served us was one of the owners and she took great care in explaining to us (in English) what each dish was. I wont go into detail because too much detail drives me mad when reading other reviews but suffice to say, if you like your food - vegetarian/real food - then La Belle Vert is a 'must visit' if in Toulouse. Great food Great value :-)

I was really impressed with the explosion of flavors in what I thought might be run-of-the-mill organic/veggie options. The nuance of flavoring in their soups, sauces and curries really impressed me. I've been a vegetarian for many years and they had fake meat options which I always appreciate. They we very accommodating for myself, my partner and our baby (note: no baby seat available) to have an early evening meal so we could get the little one off to bed early.
