"An incredible experience far beyond our expectations! We had the tomato tatin with its olive ice cream, the peach from Lake Geneva and its creamy risotto as well as a fondue (available for 1 person! . Everything was really excellent and the flavor combinations were very successful! The service was perfect, very welcoming and attentive! We recommend without hesitation!"

"a very good table, both in quantity and in quality. We don't push you to consumption. a special mention for the excellent 'bougnettes . very well welcomed and a superb view. on the other hand to get there either you walk or you try it by car. The path is not so body-proof. It's worth the detour."

"I was there one evening with my family, the food was very mediocre and the service not great. My steak was chewy and well done, instead of medium, aperol spritz was watered down. My sister received half tuna fried half raw. The waiter was distracted and not very pleasant. You can eat there, if there is no other choice, but I do not recommend it."

"A friend hurt himself on the slopes after a ski accident so we thought we’d go for lunch to soften the blow. We have been skiing in St Martin for 20 years and have driven past the restaurant many times saying we should go. Anyway today we did. Before I comment, I have been lucky enough to go to many beautiful Michelin restaurants. We ordered the 5 dish set menu. By the time we had finished , I’m not sure how many courses we had as they just kept on coming. As regards what was served, it was utterly stunning. I have eaten at Gavroche for 25 years (which I love) and the food served was simply awesome. Oysters, sweetbread, asparagus, a fish I can’t remember. ….. everything was lovely I love eating and drinking in a restaurant with a passion for both and this place simply sang. In short, one of the best lunches I have ever had and all I can say is that it was simply excellent. . Yes it is expensive but the biggest compliment I can give this restaurant is that it is well worth it. 5 stars all the way. Service was also excellent with enthusiastic young staff delivering a service to rival London’s best. One comment. The wine list is a thing of beauty but the pricing is hit and miss. The pricing is a bit expensive but with some well priced wines. If you know what you are doing then you can have some lovely wine at a good price but I’d prefer if the pricing was reduced a little so all can enjoy what is a lovely wine list. As regards our lunch, 5 stars. It was simply stunning and the owner came to say hello at the end of the meal: an Arsenal fan we all have our issues Food with love, integrity and passion and I am a conservative judge. Simply lovely. I hope others have the same experience and well done to all involved as I’m not easily pleased."

"Ottima posizione, in fondo alla pista blu e all'arrivo dei corsi di sci, si arriva anche a piedi e il parcheggio è a 5 minuti.Locale molto carino, gestito ottimamente da ragazze inglesi e irlandesi, ma i posti a sedere sono stretti. Soprattutto all'interno del locale.Buoni gli hamburger, di più tipi, ma non mi avventurerei a chiedere altro. Non se sei italiano e sei abituato a ben altro cibo.Prezzi in linea con quelli delle 3V, cioè alti. Ma se siete qui e non a Roccaraso, dovreste saperlo."
