"simple and genuine wedding to choose the smart as a place for our wedding was the best choice we could make! the answer to our contact mail arrived in a very short time, with already attached a proposal of menu suitable for the chosen period. we immediately realized that behind some lines there were so much passion and professionalism! After trying the kitchen of the ronchi, we are literally in love with their cavity with apples, not to mention their homemade sketch bread! angelica guided us step by step towards our most beautiful day, with so much patience and many ideas for preparation and small details. our guests loved the menu! today we receive compliments for the fried and cheeses of the welcome buffet, for the chivetta, for the rabosello, for the beauty and simplicity of the premises, the outdoor garden, for the goodness of the sweet wedding and the elegance of the table of the confectta! angelic and all his family are wonderful people, of rare goodness, who put love in their work, and then they transmit it in their dishes. often we return to magic, it is always very good and we always find ourselves very well! we feel with the heart to recommend the restaurant to the burglars for weddings, christening birthdays, and any other occasion: it will be a success! elisa and luca"

"I learned about this location from my (now Italian husband's family, who are from a small town nearby. They had attended another family member's wedding here and raved about the view, food and service. It turned out to be the perfect venue for our wedding. Davide, the manager, is incredibly professional and responsive (especially via phone and internet as we were planning our wedding from the U.S. . Everything turned out better than myself and my husband expected both the American and Italian guests raved about the food (incredible appetizer buffet, delicious cuts of meat, incredible presentation of desserts, etc. . We also ate here for lunch several times before and after the wedding and were incredibly pleased with the flavor and quality of the food. Arqua' Petrarca named for Francesco Petrarca, a renaissance poet who wrote often about love and romance and this area definitely lives up to it's name (it was named one of the 100 most beautiful areas in Italy . Nestled amongst rolling hills lined with vineyards, the Canzoniere offers beautiful views and an amazing outdoor terrace space where we had our appetizers, desserts and dancing. Conveniently, there is also an attached hotel, Villa del Poeta, where our guests stayed for 3 days. We were able to work with Davide and local businesses to coordinate a vineyard tour, a trip to the Terme (hot springs , and a delicious pizza rehearsal dinner. I would highly recommend this area and restaurant to anyone looking to plan a wedding or just planning a romantic trip to a place that is not yet overcrowded by tourists in Italy."

"This restaurant was recommended by a good friend . ITS SITUATED IN A LOVELY HILL VILLAGE IN THE TRANQUIL EUGANEI HILLS. We had a light lunch of gnocchi with vegetables , and a cheese filled tortelloni with a pea sauce and some crispy Pancetta on top. My darling had some vegetables , a nice pepperonata and some green beans , I had a salad doused in some extra virgin olive oil and a good quality balsamic vinegar. All we ate was delicious , fine quality home made pasta , well seasoned and nicely presented. The menu is not big , it does not need to be , its substantial and interesting. The restaurant is decorated in stoney colours with linen curtains , the table linen is fashionable the crockery good quality. Its a comfortable place . The outside terrace overlooks a verdant valley . I like this place , I think I will bring a group of friends one sunday lunch. Its casual, its friendly,"

"Ottima ospitalità!Antipasto tagliere davvero gustoso: con salumi tipici.Primi particolari che ci hanno deliziato.Il tutto annaffiato con un Cabernet della casa: un vero nettare.Abbiamo festeggiato in nostro anniversario di matrimonio con una passeggiata nel paese del grande poeta Petrarca e pranzato in un luogo tipico e accogliente.Fate lo stesso, se volete un bel ricordo del vostro anniversario..."

"Locale molto carino ma sicuramente non viene sfruttato in tutta la sua potenzialità.Personale cordiale ma a parte il signore al banco che ogni tanto gira per i tavoli, il vino viene servito senza nessuna spiegazione, le cameriere sembra che siano alla prima esperienza. Al secondo giro ordinato non viene nemmeno portata via la vecchia tovaglietta ne’ cambiato io sotto bicchiere un tovagliolino bianco).La parte esterna è descritta come giardino panoramico ma la vista è chiusa da una siepe finta ed è un apr te chiusa da un “tunnel” di plastica che rovina tutta l’atmosfera, peccato perché sarebbe un posto da 10 e lode."
