"As stated by other reviewers, the university/hospital district of Montpellier isn’t a gourmet paradise. This restaurant, while not the best in the area (I found that to be the Brasserie des Arts) is a decent bet for a good value meal that won’t break the academic expenses budget. 24euros got me a filling 3 course meal and a super-cheap pichet of very decent house rosé. The leek quiche was adequate; the goats cheese salad, a very generous platter of grilled-cheese toasts on a nice mixed salad base; and the café gourmand (likewise generous) was one of the best I’ve had: not a single duff dessert morsel among an excellent varied selection. Presentation completely unpretentious. Service perfunctory but pleasant. Overall, a solid choice."
