Delicious pizza in San Giorgio di Nogaro. Cute upstairs seating and friendly service! Also had great salads for meals...

one of the best pizzerias in the area. pasta was delicious and overall it was an excellent experience both as quality and as service.

I decided to stop for a pizza without having booked, they gave me a table and I ate a good soft and tender pizza, or finally to say with a knife that cuts without fatigue.

returning to Verona, and going through that road hundreds of times, we decided to stop and eat in a place that didn't require a long detour. the choice fell on the lantern' to san giorgio di nogaro. arrived at the place we thought we had made an incorrect choice, at the entrance on the street prevails the written pizzeria, but we were there.... surprising result: cozy environment; professional, capable and kind staff; exquisite food and excellent value for money. we decided that deserves a specific visit from Trieste, really remarkable. I think it's important to be pizza too, which I just saw passing through, and that my origins in the south made me appreciate at the first glance. excellent...

Visited La Lanterna with a work colleague after reading your recommendation. He had been before and been put off going by slow service so I had to persuade him. On this night service was slow but not terrible but that said there really weren't that many tables occupied. I had a pizza topped with ham, olives and salami picante which was quite delicious. My colleague had very large super prawns on a bed of spaghetti as a starter which he said were tasty but they did seem very, very fishy smelling. This was followed by tagliata di roast beef on a bed of rocket. That looked and tasted very good. Overall service on this night wasn't brilliant so I would worry about going again if it was very full...
