La Piazzetta Horsham

We had a fantastic birthday celebration for our 8-year-old! There were 5 of us and we received quick service, delicious pizzas and pasta. Thank you!

Went last night with 12 friends for a birthday celebration, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful, the food was excellent all dishes came out at the same time. A fantastic Italian restaurant in Horsham which isn’t a chain. Thanks very much

We visited here last night with friends. It's a lovely restaurant. Great food and service. Ability to order gluten free dishes, or smaller versions of main courses if needed. Food was fresh with generous portion sizes. Prices are at least 10-20% cheaper than its East Street rivals. Highly recommended Ver carta

Probably one of the only Horsham restaurants I’ve not been to and I’m now annoyed I’ve been missing out on this little gem! Absolutely lovely authentic Italian restaurant, staff were super attentive, helpful with wine and menu choices and the food was delicious. I will definitely be a regular from now on.

We visited this restaurant on Christmas Eve and it was quite busy, as we anticipated. The restaurant is rather small, but that only adds to its intimate atmosphere. Both the food and service were excellent, with delicious dishes and attentive service despite the crowd. I would definitely return without hesitation.

Disappointing. This is about as far from Italian as you can possibly get. Based on the pizza, which, lets face it is hardly fine dining, it was undercooked and the 1970's called they want their sauce back. I have now tried all the purveyors of pizza in Horsham. This one will not get a third chance. Hence the review. Ver carta

A fabulous meal. We ordered the Quattro Stagioni pizza and the Salmon Fettuccini. Both were absolutely delicious. Really sad when I had my last mouthful. The service was excellent (attentive staff and quick delivery of food) and we really enjoyed the calm and relaxing atmoshere (unlike the local chain Italian restaurant that we'd checked out which was extremely loud). At £12.95 per each main course the meal was great value for money.

I dined at this restaurant today. The food was okay, and they had a set Christmas menu for £30. The place was quite busy. We had visited before Covid and found it to be warm and friendly, with a very good Italian owner. However, this time, the staff seemed completely disinterested in their customers, with no interaction at all. None of the staff were Italian, yet they made a strange effort to address everyone as "Senorita" and "Senoir." It was very bizarre. I probably wouldn't go back as I felt very unwelcome. It's a shame.

You could be fooled into thinking the food service is great as it looks busy from the outside. It was very expensive for what it was. Difficult to get a pizza wrong but the crusts were really difficult to cut through even with a sharp knife. Penne pasta dish was tiny and left our soon very hungry. Deserts tasted like they were bought in a supermarket. To make things worse my father left his 80th birthday card unopened on a chair. He realised and went back with 3 MINUTES. I had been opened by the staff there was no money in it ! and then ripped up and thrown in the bin. He was really upset and no apology. Much better Italians in town at the other end. Ver carta
