I hadn't been back to this pizzeria in at least 20 years. As soon as I entered I realized that nothing had changed, especially the pizza! Spectacular!!! We took a Perugia and one with frankfurters. The toppings are very good but what really makes the difference is the dough and the pizza chef's ability to work it. The dining room staff is quick and kind. It is the second time I go to this pizzeria because we had a very good time. The pizza is very good, with a crust and well seasoned. I don't give 5 stars because we waited for our pizzas for about an hour...while we watched those of those who arrived after us arrive. Upon various requests for explanations we were told that they would arrive immediately ... only to discover that the waitress had missed our order! We were offered coffee as an apology...which instead, when we got the bill, we paid anyway!!! Sin. Saturday evening, booked at 9.30pm for two, we arrived a few minutes early. They kindly sat us down and took our order: a mixed starter and two pizzas drinks. Shortly after, only the drinks arrive, then for 1 hour... nothing. We asked one of the waitresses if we could at least have the mixed fried food since the pizzas needed more time. The mixed fry arrives immediately at that point but another waitress comes to warn us of the lack of an ingredient in one of the two pizzas suggesting a change, which we accept. Another 20 minutes pass and the two pizzas finally arrive but there is no trace of the proposed ingredient change. The food itself is very good but the service that evening wasn't as... Ver carta
