La Place Villecroze

This restaurant is worth the detour .. pleasant personal, qualite cuisine

We were staying nearby and stopped here for a light lunch. Food was fresh and service was excellent. We would not hesitate to make a return visit.

Juste à little restaurant but good and very nice atmosphere. Good service We where there during the local village festival which is once per year. Lots of fun

We visited this restaurant while stopping for a while in the city. I got the entrecot and my wife got the Gambas. Very good. A good sized meal with a reasonable price while listening to Paul Simon. A very nice meal.

A lovely little find on a rainy Sunday night in Villecroze. We were made to feel most welcome. We had the dish of the day, lamb tagine and a beef burger. The food was so tasty and the service excellent. Friendly establishment Wouldn’t hesitate to return. You would not be disappointed.

La Place in Villecroze, is the place to go! The service is excellent! The owner is cool. In a good way. The food is superb, for a little town resto as this one. The only backside is that it is closed all winter. But it´s with pleasure every time, to have this to look forward to in the spring.

During our stay in Regusse, we discovered the Restaurant attached to this one which is called A Côté . The pizzas are very good the products are of quality !! The service is impeccable. Too bad a little waitress who spends part of her time sitting and from whom we have to ask for a carafe of water twice and our neighbor who orders an ice cream, the waitress drops the biscuit on the floor and doesn't replace it strange so no more . We went to La Place on a quiet weekday. Together with one other couple we were the only customers. Our QR codes were properly validated, and the staff were wearing masks. We had foie gras and salade de chevre for starters, followed by duck breast with blueberry sauce. Excellent, but too big for us to eat, so the leftovers were wrapped nicely in alu foil for us, and served as dinner the next day. No room for dessert. The local Domaine Valcolombe Baroque rouge wine was superb. All in all an excellent meal.
