we stopped at bayeux for lunch and regretted not having eaten anywhere else. most dishes were correct but the quiche was horrible. baked paste and tasteless. really disappointing given the quality of French cuisine in general. I would recommend going somewhere else for lunch.

for a lunch with the children before going to the tapestry. Don't look very kind, not extraordinary salads. The children loved their croque, fries. On the other hand, a big piece of my daughter's brownie was carbonized and therefore immangeable. Anyway, really in trouble because we were in a hurry.
