The second of two restaurants in this town that was shut on the two days I wished to eat there. It is awful for tourists to turn up and find nowhere to eat.

visiting the surroundings of the bastide clearence, we stopped at the gourmet table and did not regret to have settled there! We were placed inside, in a warm setting. reception, service, decoration, dishes, everything is great! an address to know and recommend!

This was a very good for a French lunch in this town. We split two dishes seared foie gras with caramelized pineapple both of which were excellent and grilled prawns and scallops that were very good though the prawns were a bit fishy tasting. Overall a very good meal with a really nice staff.

passing through the area we went to this restaurant by chance. We were inside, we didn't ask for the health pass. there is no menu, the map is sufficient to make a choice. service is long, very long. The kitchen is correct without more, there is nothing transcendent. There's not a lot of restaurant around, so it's a mess.

La Bastide Clairence is one of those ancient French hill towns and we were driving through its square on a bright sunny February day when someone spotted La Table Gourmande and the happy people sitting outdoors on its terrace at the front. We decided to go for it and went into the restaurant. There was just one table free and we got it. On the walls were pictures of exotic French versions of the game of tennis.
