"Pour faire suite à la première bonne surprise lors de la découverte de cet établissement au moment et après son ouverture j'avais émis un avis très favorable en suggérant (mais c'était plus dans l'espoir de poser la cerise sur le gateau) de consolider les goûts avec éventuellement un peu plus d'audace encore.Las, depuis le départ du chef en place auparavant, le patron a troqué sa veste contre le tablier de cuisinier et force et de constater un appauvrissement des saveurs (sur certains plats).Entrée foie gras : très bienPlat : thon albacore et petits pois : Insipide : le thon n'est déjà pas un poisson très goûteux et les petits pois surgelés guère plus. Alors les deux ensemble ont eu du mal à se sublimer d'autant que leur préparation plus que simple n'amenait aucune touche créative (cf le thon aux graines de sésame et sauce soja wasabi du Barock).Dessert : panacota style forêt noire : On cherche le goût de chocolat tant il est dilué et la couche aux fruits rouge ne fait que rajouter à la difficulté. Ne reste que la chantilly du dessus pour rappeler le gateau originel.Mais, très souvent, les produits frais sont invités dans les assiettes et c'est ce qui en fait encore son attrait...Bref toujours un accueil sympa et un choix de vins intéressant dont le format au verre permet de diversifier les dégustations. Le format bouteille reste toutefois plus intéressant pour le porte monnaie, à défaut de remplir le verre de quelques centilitres supplémentaires."

"J ai mangé avec mon fils en terrasse vendredi 21 juillet. J ai pris une planche mixte qui était copieuse et avec de bons produits. Les beignets de calamar et les frites étaient très bon également. Les boules de glaces artisanales étaient très bonnes surtout la mangue. Le service était très soigné et agréable. Seul bémol pour être chipoteur, le bleu de la planche qui était un peu écœurant contrairement à la tomme et le cantal qui eux étaient très bons !"

"Delicious dishes, but fares too high compared to quantity and what is usually proposed. I discovered the Table of Contents during a visit to Aurillac during the Festival. The dishes offered offered a delicious experience for taste buds, and this confirmed. For my part, I chose the pork burger and sweet potatoes, while my table companion chose the chicken with spicy lentils. Two perfect dishes for a quick lunch between two shows. However, the main drawback lies in the quantity. The three sweet potatoes that accompanied the burger were a little lean. Similarly for chicken with lentils, the fine slice of meat should not exceed 30 grams. I understand the idea of favouring quality rather than quantity, but it is still necessary to have a sufficient quantity of vegetables and protein to be satisfied! At 26 euros for these two small dishes, although well prepared, the price is quite high. It is important to eat well, but it is equally important to eat in sufficient quantity. We should not be compelled to compensate by taking an entry or sweet dessert that significantly increases the note. As far as service is concerned, there is nothing to say, despite the 'supervisory' and the burning sun. The servers remained smiling and helpful."

"The restaurant is situated in a small street a bit away from the centre. Maybe this is the reason why I only discovered this restaurant only now although I visit Aurillac every year since 2004. The interior and it's decoration is simple and the wood...and beautiful local stones are the stars. The staff is very helpful, friendly and very efficient. We were two and had a main course and cheese. My friend had a salad of warm goat cheese, potatoes, bacon and lattice. It was simple but very nice with good products and a nice dressing. I had a fillet of veal, girolle sauce with a gratin dauphinois. It was delicious. Good quality meat, the sauce had correct consistency and the gratin had the correct seasoning. Portions are also good. To accompany this we choose a small bottle Puisseguin-Saint-Emillion 2006. At 11 EUR it was correct. As we prefer cheese rather than sweet to conclude a meal we took the plate of local cheeses. Unfortunately we could not choose, but the selection was made for us. It contained three local cheeses: Cantal, St Nectaire and Bleu d'Auvergne. The Cantal cheese was in our opinion a shame to be served in its own region. Even in Brussels we can find the same quality. But the St Nectaire and the Bleu d'Auvergne were very good as we are used to eat in the region. Last but not least a small remark about the bread as it was of an excellent quality. And during the coffee paid happily the 57.60 EUR and made plans to return soon this nice discovery."

"We jumped into this restaurant after sheltering from torrential rain and then deciding to run for it. There was no conscious decision to go here and when we first walked in (6.50pm Friday evening) it was empty, plus it smelled a tad musty. Being torrential rain outside we decided to stay and we are ever so glad we did.The food was delicious! We had nems, ravioli soup and samousas starters. Nems? We asked the waitress and they are spring rolls, homemade too. Ravioli soup was hot and sour wonton soup, yum yum. Samousas is self explanatory. Chicken with ginger and veg main course as well as another of spicy pork plus stir fry rice and I wish I had it all in front of me now. Delicious. We had chosen a set meal which included dessert which we didn't want as we were too full (we'd left half the main courses and rice as there was far too much) so the lovely waitress took the cost off the bill, what a star she was.I'd definitely visit again."
