Excellent family-run cuisine, good but small location, in fact they work miracles being located in the historic center of Lipari, excellent and fast service, slightly high prices, but the food is divine. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Great meal. Genuine food with real tastes. Can’t understand why it gets a 4. This is in our top 5 in Sicily. As far as I can tell it’s Sicilian WITHOUT a ‘modern’ twist. We had lunches twice here since there are not many options during the off season. It is quite good with fair price and big portion. We ordered squid pasta, seafood pasta, mussels, fried seafood. They were amazing. Octopus salad is ok because octopus is a bit overcooked. Simple and welcoming tourist restaurant at the beginning of the main street of Lipari. Excellent for a quick and almost cheap meal just before taking the hydrofoil: 15 euros for a first course drink each. The coffee was finished. The bathroom (located under the stairs in the entrance hall of the adjacent building) needs to be reviewed. Wir waren da, da es als einziges Restaurant bereits 18 h geöffnet hatte und wir nach einem ganztägigen Ausflug am verhungern waren. Große Speisekarte als erste „red flag“, vorgeriebener Käse als zweite. Haben uns für die Lasagne und Spaghetti Carbonara entschieden. Die Lasagne war die schlechteste die ich jemals gegessen habe und die Carbonara nicht viel besser. Billigste Zutaten. Den Speck habe ich liegen gelassen. Siehe Foto. Zudem sitzt man weder schön, noch war der Service besonders aufmerksam. Nächstes mal lieber im Mancia E Fui etwas auf die Hand und ab 19 h ein anderes Lokal zum reinsetzen wählen.
