We had great service and a great meal here. Would go back again and again. It was a short walk from our hotel. Our server took time to explain the menu and our food arrived promptly and as ordered. Prices were very reasonable. Ver carta

Das Essen war geschmacklich sehr gut und optisch ansprechend. Der Service war sehr zuvor kommend. Zur Begründung gab es Pizzabrot. Wir mussten etwas auf unseren Cappuccino waren (was uns nicht wirklich gestört hat), diesen hat uns die Bedienung umsonst gegeben um die Wartezeit zu entschuldigen. Ich kann dieses Restaurant nur weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen wieder!

Used Trip Advisor to find a good Italian restaurant in Garmisch and was attracted to La Toscana by some very positive reviews. We sat inside (a good choice in view of the subsequent heavy rain) and immediately appreciated the traditional decor and atmosphere. Service was friendly and attentive, despite the restaurant being quite busy. Our meals were well-prepared and presented...and absolutely delicious! The bill was very reasonable for the quality of food and service that we enjoyed.

We had dinner here. It's only about 50 metres from the Marienplatz in a sidestreet. Friendly waitress, and excellent italian food. We had marguerita pizza and the pasta duo (matriciana/arrabiata) both of which were delicious, and really good value.The tiramisu was one of the best we've ever had, and the zabaione was really great. Great food, excellent value, friendly service, nice decor, and the outside tables have a view of the Zugspitze. Just amazed they aren't packed out every night. For Italian food, you really can't get much better than this! Ver carta
