Very nice restaurant with friendly service. The food was delicious. The prices are fine.

Zufällig bei unserem Chiemseeurlaub entdeckt. Und schon das zweite mal zum Essen hier. Preis Leistung einfach hervorragend.

Excellent service, very kind and helpfull. Portions are big, good quality! The place itself isnt spectaculair but has a nice warm feeling to it. We will come back for sure

perhaps not what they would expect in such a small village as bernau am chiemsee, but if they are in the opposite, they will keep in la vela for authentic Italian eating. the pasta dishes are incredible! Ver carta

Das La Vela ist ein Gut besuchtes Italienisches Restaurant, wir haben vor Ort gegessen. Die Räumlichkeiten sind Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es wirkt alles Ordentlich und Sauber, bei schönem Wetter kann man auch aussen sitzen. Das Essen war sehr gut. Die Preise sind absolut angemessen, nicht übertrieben. Die Kellner waren sehr freundlich und man musste nicht lange warten. Die Pizzen müssen auch sehr gut sein, es wurden während wir da waren extrem viele Pizzas abgeholt. Es gibt ein paar (ca 4 glaub ich) freie Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür, wenn die belegt sind muss man ein bischen suchen und laufen, das war für uns jetzt aber kein Problem. we ran late in the evening through the streets of bernau am chimesee on the look for a restaurant to eat. very few people seem to know this restaurant and we found it by chance. we were surprised that the restaurant was quite full. the waiter spoke very little English, but we just managed to read the menu and select what we wanted. this restaurant is in the round an Italian restaurant and there was a huge list with pizza and pasta on the menu.
