Again a very nice event, Italian evening at the farmyard! Mr. Bimboes is a wonderful gastronome, he has heart, mind and humor! and a good team!

I was allowed to enjoy a great Flying dinner at a super organized event. Great team with top service! Just 20 minutes away from Ulm and always worth a trip!

We celebrated our wedding at the Adlernest and are still thrilled. The location, service and quality of food.... everything has been done. Thank you to the entire eagle team for the smooth running.

On Sunday, 7.5, we were fed to the event Spargel. Of course, in addition to the classic green and white asparagus, there were many well-known and extraordinary appetizers, main dishes and desserts a great pleasure! Service friendly, humorous and competent, simple class! Always happy!

I certainly do not belong to the star group, but can clearly say that I come a lot around in terms of gastronomy, hotel industry, service service and can judge at neutral level as a customer gets offered here in mentioned categories is quite big cinema! We were able to accompany a pre-wedding shoot and a wedding here as a photographer and at the time we immediately noticed that this here dominates attention to detail. Very accommodating staff and a boss who can implement the customer's wishes. The stable is a bang when it comes to celebrations. I can't judge the food (because I was here at the wedding), but I'll make it private because I'm sure it's okay here. Very recommended (y)

Sunday trip to Rammingen im Adler. Pleasant atmosphere that the farm radiates. Good mix of old and new, which looks very balanced. A friendly and competent service is the first impression. This is reinforced when greeting comes from the kitchen to the table. The anticipation is awakened and the kitchen surpasses this with every new gang. The three-piece Sunday menu keeps the high standard and sounds with chocolate for coffee. The whole is accompanied by wine recommendations that immediately show the high level of competence. A completely successful visit. Can only be fully recommended.
