A great evening with outstanding wines and top gastronomy. We enjoyed it and learned a lot about wine.

Again a very nice event, Italian evening at the farmyard! Mr. Bimboes is a wonderful gastronome, he has heart, mind and humor! and a good team!

As a business traveler, I was at Hotel Adler for one night and was happy to welcome you. Also in the restaurant, I was totally enthusiastic about the warmth and quality of the service. Here you feel the fun and passion very clear. In addition, my individual desire for Dessert was made possible. The food was also perfect! Clear recommendation from me.

We have been allowed to celebrate our dream wedding in the Adlernest! From the free wedding in the garden to breakfast the next day everything was perfect! We were able to accompany a pre-wedding shoot and a wedding here as a photographer and at the time we immediately noticed that here the attention to detail prevails. Very accommodating employees and a boss who can implement the wishes of the customers. The stall is a knaller when it comes to celebrations. I can't judge the food (because I was here at the wedding) but I'm going to do it privately because I'm sure it's all right here. Very recommended (y)

Sunday trip to Rammingen im Adler. Pleasant atmosphere that the farm radiates. Good mix of old and new, which looks very balanced. A friendly and competent service is the first impression. This is reinforced when greeting comes from the kitchen to the table. The anticipation is awakened and the kitchen surpasses this with every new gang. The three-piece Sunday menu keeps the high standard and sounds with chocolate for coffee. The whole is accompanied by wine recommendations that immediately show the high level of competence. A completely successful visit. Can only be fully recommended.

Yesterday from the ToGo Adler program we tried the mules with flowering potato salad and today the beef roasts, super-sart with vieeel sauce and semmelknödel, supplemented with burning broccoli roasts with agrimetto (circular olive oil, Fleur de Sel and Piment d’Espelette.
