Amazing, Michelin Star levels and more in a friendly and family environment. Food was exceptional, we had a tasting menu, the combination of the different flavors was amazing.

excellent culinary experience, we have taken the temptation menu and we are left guided by the chef who has taken into account our food constraints. From mouth to dessert everything was succulent and refined, service was impeccable and the atmosphere really hot. We'll never miss coming back!

We spent a very good time at the restaurant the silver beef. Unfortunately, we were not very numerous, half-week and covided context at the beginning of the year that is not easy to live for the whole profession. personal care, quality of exceptional dishes, to wonder why they don't have their 1st star! personally I didn’t find this restaurant gastronomy not its height....and I explain it very fast reception ... very long service lacks to my sense a waitress so to accompany the customers well on the whole dinner explanation of the quick dishes as the lightning without passion ... don’t pass enough to the table to know whether everything is going well or not... the bread was not fresh enough and lasted ... to my taste we explained to our arrival

we celebrated my husband’s birthday in this excellent restaurant. I wanted to mark this event, I did not regret my choice! Our guests were also delighted, we feel well in this place, the dishes served are artistically sought and the dishes are delicious of freshness...A beautiful experience, a large table, a great chef, who will leave us with wonderful memories. this restaurant has nothing to envy to the stars...Thank you for this beautiful moment.

This was an amazing meal from the second we were welcomed at the door to the last perfect bite and at far less than it would cost at a Michelin star restaurant (though Le Boeuf D'Argent is certainly star worthy. The service was amazing and...unpretentious, and Chef Henri Balland checked on us twice to make sure we were satisfied with our meal. You can tell that it's a family run establishment that takes great pride in delivering a memorable dining experience. Ver carta
