"When we first walked past Le Caruso there was a sign on the door saying they were closed temporarily. Fortunately when we arrived we were warmly greeted and asked if we wanted to sit inside or outside (the Saint Paul de Vence Annual Garlic Harvest Festival) was happening and all the village was there to celebrate. We definitely wanted to sit outside! What a fun night it was: great music and lots of happy people. Our server was lovely and spoke to us in both French and English. We ordered our wine and perused the menu. Everything looked amazing but we opted for a mango, avocado and passionfruit ceviche and a homemade gravlax. Both were sensational; fresh and full of flavor. One of us also couldn't pass up the Gazpacho Provencal and said it was delicious. Our entrees were Pan Roasted Turbot and Seared Duck Breast. Again, amazing flavor and beautiful presentation. The Provencal rose we selected went perfectly with it all. Surprisingly we had room for dessert and chose the Millefeuille and Tiramisu. WOW! What a way to end a fabulous meal. Definitely make a reservation (as you should for all restaurants in SPdV) as they have a limited number of tables. Definitely do not miss Le Caruso! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!"

It's very nice! we came to visit the village and we booked here for my mom's birthday we had little attention and we are delighted! a beautiful dazzling, surrounded by a pretty alley, charming place. Like for dishes. the image of the welcome: perfect! A rgal for papillae. a short, but effective card, we love. fresh and seasonal products, and especially work with love. the grant will come, and not at all avary in the advice and explanations (thank you for the min we will come back with great pleasure if we return to the rgion.
