Home and service very pro despite the affluence and particle of this Saturday, August 8. Prices are good, especially for wines. Ma'am and Mister can get to the race on foot, they're very good. The kitchen is based on good products and is well worked. We were 3 and these comments are unanimous. We'll come back, we recommend.

Super good restaurant, very good atmosphere and very pleasant and efficient boss. The dishes are made of fresh products and change regularly. Very good value for money. The aloyal bath and salted butter with banana cake were delicious. I really recommend this restaurant to make sure you don't come too late because stocks of fresh products can be exhausted. There aren't many restaurants in the centre of Castillon la Bataille and unfortunately the outside seating of this is basically in the central car park. It wasn't busy when we were here but the service was somewhat on the slow side still the food when it arrived was worth the wait. I had a huge salad of the day but this was no mere pile of lettuce but full of chicken, cheese and a wide variety of vegetables. My husband had the steak, chips with veg and both of us were very satisfied. With half a litre of wine the bill came to 34 euros so no complaints there.

good brewery in the city center. terrace a little noisy but pleasant to eat under the sun! a good service and a lot of inhabitants what in general is good sign... A modern clean cut restaurant, serving well cooked food at a sensible price.The staff gave a warm welcome, were attentive and helpful.The menu was not extensive, but there was sufficient choice for everyone. Portions were large enough to satisfy the biggest appetite. The food was well cooked and nicely presented, not fine dinning but excellent for a relaxing lunchWe dinned on a Saturday so the €13.50 Plate du Jour was not available. For a two course meal, starter and main we paid €16, plus a demi carafe of local wine at €6.50.We all liked this restaurant, and came out feeling satisfied, and that the quality of the food was to a high standard.
