"Happening into Brignoles on a sunny Sunday at lunchtime in October, we found that everything seemed to be shut, except we found that Le Provençal was open and we were fortunate to be allowed the last table for lunch! Despite a slightly unprepossessing exterior and troubled staff, as the wifi and phones had not been mended since the recent intempéries, we were given a warm welcome and the food was very good. The special of the day was Daube de Poulpe in red wine served with Camargue rice we had it and it was delicious Provençal food, beautifully served and unpretentiously good. As we were driving we were unable to have more than a small glass of house red wine, but the local wine list was good. This restaurant is charming the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the menu offers local Provençal fare at very reasonable prices. Fortunately we had our cheque book with us to pay, as without WIFI the carte bleu machines weren’t working. Merci beaucoup."

"Pas terrible malgré les éloges du patron sur son cuisinier. Le magret était loin d'être réussi avec sa graisse mal fondue (par conséquent inmangeable) englouti dans un tas de frites huileuses. Je ne recommande pas ce restaurant."

"Le bouche à oreilles brignolais à fait que je suis allé tester ce lieu. Sur la place du caramy, à coté de la mairie, un accueil somme toue convenable d'un serveuse surement saisonnière qui hésitait un peu quand à l'énnoncé des plats du jour.Outre ce peitit détail, des planches copieuses, généreuses et de bonne augure.un choix de plats sans prétention mais bien préparés qui fot que ces petits moments entre potes se passent bien. Plus un endroit pour des copains que pour la famille, certe, Mais on ressort satisfait et rassasié."
