We found this restaurant by chance, and we enjoyed the fresh and quality products, the benevolent family welcome and the perfectly clean sanitary (it is so rare that we must emphasize it!!

Lovely and reasonably pticed menu du jour meal at this outdoor terrace. A perfect half way house between Nice and Arles. Great choice of local wines available. The daughter of the house has been a sommelier in London and Paris (Ducasse) and really knows her stuff.

Good welcome and helpful. The flat is their breakfast at €9 per person. Either it’s not in a buffet formula to avoid messes, which is a good approach but it’s too INDUSTRIAL for 18€ for 2 : hot drink industrial juice small Viennese bread and small butter rack cheese and honey INDUSTRIEL so much too expensive!! The room was correct, the bath towels would just be more pleasant with a softener (they were really very rigid)

Logés ce soir là à l 'hôtel et ayant lu les bons commentaires du restaurant nous décidons de ne pas chercher plus loin et nous traversons la rue pour nous installer à sa terrasse. Accueil très sympathique du patron, de sa fille qui nous place et de la patronne. Nous prendrons en entrée 2 soupes de poissons maison . Délicieuse avec sa rouille son fromage rapé et ses croutons accompagnés de la gousse d 'ail pour les frotter.... Puis une daube au vin blanc pour moi, généreusement servie et très goûteuse. Aioli pour mon épouse. En dessert je découvre le Fontainebleau , maison lui aussi comme il se doit. Une très bonne soirée autour d 'un bon repas avec des gérants bien agréables .. Nous ne cherc...

Happening into Brignoles on a sunny Sunday at lunchtime in October, we found that everything seemed to be shut, except we found that Le Provençal was open and we were fortunate to be allowed the last table for lunch! Despite a slightly unprepossessing exterior and troubled staff, as the wifi and phones had not been mended since the recent intempéries, we were given a warm welcome and the food was very good. The special of the day was Daube de Poulpe in red wine served with Camargue rice we had it and it was delicious Provençal food, beautifully served and unpretentiously good.
