Nous y sommes allé pour fêter un anniversaire. La nourriture est tout simplement excellente, digne d’un très bon restaurant gastronomique. Le concept d’utilisation de produits régionaux et d’accord des plats avec des verres de cidre de la region et vraiment bon. Ça change complètement du vin et c’est nettement moins fort. Un réel régal avec un coup de cœur pour la mousse de fromage. Je pense que ce chef mérite son étoile!

We came to dinner last night on a birthday. The view from the restaurant room is breathtaking and elegantly decorated. We took the menu in 6 acts. There is nothing to say about the quality and inventiveness of the dishes that were delicious. On the other hand, the service is not at the height of such a standing restaurant.
