"We were staying at the Hotel Vue De la Rance which sat on a hill overlooking the river towards le Saint Patrick. We arrived too early to sign in so looked for a place to eat and Saint Patrick hit the spot. It is renowned for its fish chips and mushy peas every 'Englishmans ' or should I say 'English persons ' dream after 5 weeks in France. It was a lovely traditional restaurant by the river with good service and I 'm afraid we did give into rather large desserts to finish. Really hearty food a great finish to our french holiday before returning on the ferry. A place we would happily return to!!!"

"Hello, we were welcomed as very rarely today.. The patron, very friendly, has very openly presented us his dishes, all prepared at home and designed with simple but tasty ingredients assembled and especially excellent quality. Many of its ingredients are of local origin or even Breton like Dinan rope pillow or well prepared Paimpol coconut. The reason why I did not put five stars lies in the lack of originality of the choice of desserts and, in my opinion biased, in their taste a little too pronounced for olive oil in the seasoning of their salads remaining very well provided and original. I must state that a special effort has been made to satisfy our request regarding the possibility of having a vegan dish offered to our guests, enchanted by the excellent rizzoto made on this occasion, while the restaurant closed for the holidays the next morning. So, if you are looking for a simple and warm place with highly invested staff in his work and entirely dedicated to the satisfaction of his clients, La Vicomtoise is certainly for you. Accuracy: 143 euros for four people including wine and coffee."

"Small restaurant on the Rance at the top. We went there a little by chance to avoid the large influx of tourists to Dinard and we were not disappointed. Ultra smiling and efficient service, not hesitating to advise us. The view is clean and the terrace too. The map is simple but effective. Sea tray with six oysters for two, we were pushed and satisfied. The acras were juicy and crunchy, the super fresh rillettes. Little delirium with the disastrous surprise, the boss fully plays the game and makes want to come back to see it. Besides, we'll go back!"
