It's a great value for money. Inside the ceviche is very good, if there are cheese tripes, test them, it is a treat. the black coast of bigorre with its grilled pear and celery purée shows the talent of the chef. There's always a vegetarian dish. very good desserts: crumble, chocolate blend. brief, tested and approved.
