passing through the neighborhood, we stopped in this brewery where the terrace guests looked satisfied. the welcome was the fast service and we ate well.

the connoisseurs of the street of the bac have the chance to choose quality restaurants and bars. It is obviously the case of the holy germ, whether to restore or to drink.

Place has the friendliest staff. The food is always prepared exactly to my specifics. Usually, it’s Steak frites but we have tried their chicken and fish dishes. Always tastes fresh, always delicious. It’s our favorite bistro in Paris.

Today, Wednesday July 10. The meal was a real delight, mixing classic and refined flavors. The Milanese escalope, perfectly cooked, offered a golden and crispy crust, enveloping tender and juicy meat. Each bite was a perfect balance between crunchy and soft, enhanced by a zest of lemon which brought a welcome touch of freshness. To top off this meal, the apricot crumble was a pure pleasure for the taste buds. The slightly tangy sweetness of the apricots melted wonderfully with the crunch of the crumble. a note of indulgence that made this meal simply enjoyable.
