"We wanted to eat a raclette with my friend after a good day of skiing. The place is very pleasant and the staff is nice.Nevertheless, a few minutes after receiving our raclette, there was a power cut in the establishment. We were told that the current would come back very quickly. However, after 30 minutes of waiting, we were told that it was impossible for us to finish our raclette and we were given the addition. No commercial action on it while we barely touched it. I wanted to see the manager, but she was too busy screaming at a client who didn't want to pay the whole scrapbook that had barely touched him. For my part, on two scarcely started scraps, 2 glasses of wine and water, I had for 70€ instead of 82 (I let you judge of the trade gesture)Molan, spoiled evening, empty stomach, empty wallet!I strongly advise you this place!I have come to value for 25 years and I have never seen this!"

warm welcome, idem for service. the room is very pleasant and very comfortable. beautiful wine map. great choice on the menu, the dishes are good. the fondue of samovar meat in the homemade broth is a nice discovery.Damage, the fries are not home. The prices are a little excessive but we're in the val of aisle.

First night on val d isere you can get a good pizza to take away and we are advised the samovar and much more than happy of the very nice choice nice pizza team great original and not fat price in the normal while waiting to enjoy the cozy bar is above all a restaurant but if you want to make apero at home you know that between 17 and 18 hours all pizzas are 10 euros to very soon Ver carta

We called in here a couple of times for drinks. The bar area is very comfortable and welcoming, especially when the fire is lit. They had Mont Blanc weiss beer on draft, and a couple of local bottled beers, which we were keen to try....The prices were quite expensive, but did include a substantial plate of nibbles if you are hungry, that makes it better value, but if you don't want the nibbles you don't get any discount!

a meal for five people on holiday with an hour of arrival is all correct and the patron saint of the top of his establishment send us to walk with a nonchalance and an irrespect. She should mostly stop being for another and being bad. There are many better establishments with a geographical location at the top compared to the location of his own that is at the bottom of the station. Learn respect and politeness before you look at the navel. Smile and friendliness are not part of his language.

we were made to recommend this restaurant and especially its typical dish: the fondue samovar. This dish consists of two meat dishes (beef and chicken) cut in carpaccio that must be cooked in a broth and served with fries as well as different sauces. servers are very friendly and they've done everything to make our dinner go well. we highly recommend this restaurant that offers a lot of specialties and whose atmosphere is very friendly. We will surely return to this restaurant during our next holiday in val d'isère. Ver carta

We visited this restaurant with 8 people. Grumpy staff, mediocre food and high prices. When receiving the bill the food we returned was still on there canard magret that was the moment the true nature of this establishment revealed itself in the person of the...chef. First threatening to call the police if we did not pas for all, she started bartering exchanging one dish for another to get as much money out of us as possible. Accusing us of being impolite, lood etc she or her staff never considered to apologise for the quality of the food. I suggest you try to avoid this place when and wherever possible. There are nicer places in town and the frequent bus is free.

while we chose to go to the samovar especially to eat a raclette, the current of this cut restaurant very soon after the cheese and electric raclette device were brought to us. after having us wait for almost half an hour telling us that they were going to solve the problem, we are told that the device can not be cut off but that by contrast we will have to pay the entire addition despite the fact that we barely hit our scrapbook because of lack of power! We have been addressed to the chief of establishment, as well as other customers who are very dissatisfied in the same situation as ours, and we have all been sent to be blunt with an unnamed aggressiveness and with an unparalleled rudeness...
