I chose the suggestions and ate a tuna tartar accompanied by a perfectly seasoned black risotto. a treat.My dish (of game (season) was just as tasty and well presented. As for dessert and cheese, I advise you to enjoy them (homemade) and the camembert brig that passed by alone.
