"Très mauvaise expérience. Nous ne reviendrons pas. Les plats ne sont pas de grandes qualités. Fade, les légumes ont pas trop de goût... Mais le pire, c'est les quantités. Sur 4 personnes, personne n'étaient rassasiés. Le Gravlax devait pesait 12g dans l'assiette, j'ai réussi à tenir l'entièreté de ma purée de Carottes dans une fourchette. L'ayant signalée au serveur, celui ci s'est montré assez agressif et de mauvaise foi. Apparemment c'était la première fois qu'on lui faisait la remarque mais je viens de lire d'autres commentaires identique et la table d à côté était aussi choqué des quantités. Certaines photos ne représente pas les plats que nous avions donc soit ils ont baissé les quantités soit c'est aléatoire et c'est au petit bonheur la chance en fonction de l'humeur du patron. Bref ce restaurant etait une très mauvaise expérience. Nous n'y retournerons plus"

"We slept at Relais Amadourien. Having been advised and having a choice by several restaurants, we set ourselves on this one for its family cooking side (according to the words of the employee). With all positive reviews, we positioned ourselves. The setting was very pleasant, beautiful restaurant and charming. The staff was very kind, but we found, in a personal capacity, that the prices were much more expensive than normal for the proposal of the dishes... My companion took a menu and he was surprised by his minimal amount. He was hungry when he left. The entrance, a small cappuccino very Good and the dish, not even a whole piece, two small layers of purée. For my part, I stopped by choice. Having seen the menu and the more expensive price of other dishes, I said, there will be more in quantity. That was my surprise. The cocktail I ordered, I was served a background of vodka in a glass and the kit to make the cocktail (and take care of it). It's the first time I see this... Then, my good entrance that was super good and very beautiful, I thought I hope the dish will be more. Because it was pretty light in quantity. And come at the time of the meal, for a trout at 22.90 that was great my disappointment... Three small pieces (too cooked, some light vegetables and five small slices of potatoes... How to tell you, that I stopped there not prefering to take dessert in fear of paying too much for so little quantity. We went out with a note of almost 100 e (98 and a few exactly with half a piece of wine at 20th to get out, hunger again and pay dear for a small amount in the dishes. Very surprised at this restaurant. After that, we know how to do the part of things, that it was a hotel restaurant. Unfortunately, light all this and too expensive if we had to compare other restaurants... For our part, we leave a 3-star rating. That's the average. We let people experience it. "The restaurant is situated beyond the gate to the city and, as a result can be easily missed. After going down some steps there is a pleasant courtyard where the food is served (weather permitting - although there is indoor accommodation). We went for the menu of the day which represented reasonable value for France these days. There was a reasonable choice on the menu with four (I think) main choices My wife chose the simple option of an omelette - which she enjoyed and I had a faux filet with frites and a green salad served with a tasty sauce which I enjoyed. My wife had the house wine which she said was good and we had a large bottle of sparkling water at an acceptable cost. We took cheese as a dessert - local Rocamadour goats' cheese which was very tasty. The service was excellent, fairly quick and very pleasant - they even listened to my bad French without chipping in with English. Overall I would recommend the restaurant; it is tourist stuff but you will probably get a good meal at acceptable prices."
