"Great restaurant, shame it’s let down by a bad system in place for takeaway orders. It’s just turn up when your time is ready and pray you don’t have to wait for a further 30mins. Food was average, definitely not as good as it should be from such a reputable claimed place, but that’s just my personal opinion. I wouldn’t recommend it, witham has a vast number of Chinese takeaway places with decent turn around times too. Communication is key and perhaps if there was more of this here the customer service wouldn’t be so bad."

I went to visit Lian for dinner with my sister and uncle who are both vegetarian. They had the singapore fried noodle with Bamboo shoots and Schezhuan Tofu. I had a special singapore fried noodles with chicken and prawn and a side of Satay chicken. The best chinese restaurant I have ever visited, I will definitely be back to this hidden spot. We were served by Ally and William. They were so friendly and made us feel comfortable with our vegetarian requirements.
