Waited for hrs for a delivery for anniversary meal and then you cancelled order. Will not be ordering takeaway agian or eating in resturant. 0 stars

Booked a table for Wednesday feb. Arrived outside with the building in darkness. Went for a pint down the road at the rose and crown incase they were running late but an hour later at the building was looking not to be opening....No sign on the door or no email/phone call cancelling my booking. Visited on a Saturday evening. NO HEATING, unfortunately was like being sat in the North Pole this close to Christmas. Numerous screaming children running riot, Waited over for drinks after picking a cocktail they actually had the ingredients for, the only thing pleasant about...the experience was the food.

Went for a birthday meal and couldn’t have chosen anywhere better. Amazing food, friendly host who was very helpful and he informed us of the special offer available on Mondays (hanging kebab and Patatas bravas with a drink for The host also offered to...parcel out leftovers so we could enjoy the food all over again the next day. Was plenty on offer to suit all palates, including lots of vegetarian dishes. Highly recommend.

Do yourself a favour, just don’t Order!!! Last time we put in a delivery, we received someone else’s meal, apologised and got a refund, so thought give benefit of the doubt. This time, we put in the food order, called several times just to...get a voice mail. We got through at “will be leaving in out the building”. Finally arrived and after ordering, didn’t get the crochets, food was cold, blonde hair found. Some of the food tasted really nice, but can’t enjoy if cold! No apology!!! Absolutely awful. Went there last week and cocktail was fantastic. Wen there today and there was four people in there including us and it took to get our drink! When it came it was the worst mojito I’ve ever had, completely undrinkable. The barman...clearly had no idea how to make a cocktail and had been left alone at a cocktail bar. Why wouldn’t you properly train your staff?? It would be better to close than provide service like that! Had a great experience of food there a month or so ago and then went back couple of weeks ago and it was horrid. When you order your food, quoted an hour but it takes and a half hours, no curtesy call to say they’re running behind, no answer for over an hour of calling, when finally get an answer heard the man in the back say it’s...leaving in yet the girl on the phone tells us it’s leaving in still another mins waiting before it arrives, no apology for it being late from the driver, then we open the food to realise the orders wrong we got lots of hollumi when we only ordered lots of prawns when we only ordered and we was missing the croquettes. We booked a table for on a Saturday evening for three people, When we arrived the restaurant was pretty empty bar two tables upstairs. We were seated and left with menus for The very young waitress came and took our orders. Our drinks...were a pint, a orange squash and one cocktail. We waited for these and received nothing, our first bits of food arrived before our drinks. When the food arrived we had no cutlery and no plates so we asked for these, the attitude on the server was as though we had asked for his life. How dare we enter a restaurant and want cutlery and plates to eat off. We also asked for our drinks( remember that really difficult order we placed, beer , squash and a cocktail)... Ver carta
