bon accueil - il y a du choix - rapport quaité prix correct - le cadre agréable en sous sol et climatisé les grillades sont faites devant le client

Malgré une décoration très vieillotte nous devons admettre que le repas était bon. Le petit bémol est que les quantités sont beaucoup trop exagérer. La patronne est fort sympathique et très commerçante .Bref une bonne adresse malgré les apparences !!!

Déçu Car le cadre avais l'air sympa et une très bonne odeur de grillade mais cependant jeudi dernier Avec la famille nous y sommes allée pOur 13h15 Ét hélas le serveur As vite monté les marches en nous disant que la cuisine été fermé .... dommage de fermée en période estivale pour 13h15...

La décoration et les personnes qui tiennent ce restaurant sont atypiques et sympathiques. Très bon accueil. Menus gastronomiques. Le cassoulet maison est une "tuerie", les viandes au feu de bois succulentes cuites avec le respect de votre choix (à point...). Assiettes copieuses. Qualité - prix au rendez-vous.

Accueil sympa restaurant simple avec cuisine de qualité .assiette très copieuses et avec de bons ingrédients . La viande est cuite au feu de bois et c est un régal . À conseiller fortement pour ceux qui aiment la viande .Un excellent moment dans un restaurant retiré de la foule et du tourisme . Rapport qualité prix très bien

This restaurant is a little tucked away but it is a great fine. The menu isn't huge but offers wonderful char grilled meats on an open barbecue and very tasty sides to go with them. The desserts were delicious as well. This is just lovely, tasty , well cooked food at a very reasonable price. We love it here! Thank you ladies !

Recommended by our hotel and after wandering through the modern city decided to try it. Went back the following night regardless. Food cooked over an open wooden fire and the duck specialities of the house are amazing. The wine list can lead to a headache the following day as it's so good. If I return to Carcassonne this is where I'll eat.

Consigliatoci dall'albergatore ha soddisfatto ampiamente le aspettative. Locale piccolo e molto spartano con pochi tavoli ed in certi periodi prenotazione consigliata. Nel centro di Carcassonne (non nella cité mediavale) é di proprietà di due gentili signore francesi molto cordiali ed alla mano. Ci era stato segnalato per il miglior Cassoulet della città e debbo dire che mi sento di confermare in pieno. Tenendo conto che a inizio agosto a Carcassonne c'erano più di 35 gradi e il cassoulet è cotto su forno a legna, a vista nel locale, si è trattato di impresa quasi epica. Rapporto qualitá prezzo molto buono.Andateci!

For food presentation and ingredients, see pictures. The cassoulet had a good combination of beans, duck leg, duck fat, pork sausage, chunks of marbled pork. The stew had just the right quantity of liquids and solids: good for dipping bread or spreading onto some other staples (e.g. rice, mashed potatoes, polenta, peas or any bite-sized vegetables, maybe even cassava fufu or the very solid deep-frying grade tofu) if the cassoulet is shared between several people. The portion size may be a little too large for single or duo diners if they order other things in addition to the cassoulet -- best to come hungry and not order other foods until well into the meal. Good portion size too for about 1...
