"My wife and I had dinner at L’Osteria in ca’ de Betty Luis on Mother’s Day. From the moment we arrived, Mary Zanfardin, the proprietor, greeted us with warmth and humor. Mixing Italian with a little English, a little German, and a little French, we ordered a spectacular multi course meal. Since it was asparagus season, I ordered asparagus with egg and my wife had asparagus mousse as appetizers. Both were excellent. Next came the main course. For me it was perfectly cooked steak with morel sauce accompanied by potatoes, broccoli, and carrots all perfectly done. My wife had homemade pasta noodles with a lamb sauce absolutely delicious. Finally, Mary twisted our arms and suggested a dessert assortment plate that was absolutely stunning and, a bit overwhelming. Somehow we managed to finish it all, along with a bottle of wine. The restaurant is small and very cozy with an open kitchen. Coming from Cademario, the drive to Breno is on winding mountain roads a blast to drive in our little Fiat 500. We highly recommend that you pay Mary a visit the next time you are in the area!"

wir verbrachten eine tolle Nacht. im nächsten Raum sangen die Einheimischen inbreast, Essen war extrem lecker. es hat wirklich etwas für alle und alle. wunderbar! faire Preise.

Excellent establishment with great service, ambiance and food. Definitely a visit worth while in the area for a holiday. Had the noddles with mushroom sauce and a salad. Very good and best of all right by the bus stop on the Main Street. If in Breno a must visit.

Toll toll toll, Betty ist eine Gastgeberin aus Leidenschaft, das Essen war sehr lecker und ansprechend präsentiert, Pasta hausgemacht mit diversen Sugos einfach lecker, Tartar von frischester Qualität, das Tiramisu (wir waren zu satt um eines selbst zu bestellen) wurde an allen Nachbartischen „verschlungen“ und hoch gelobt, Wir kommen wieder! wir waren zu Mittag da. Ende. etwa 13,45h Hunger und Durst. wir wären mit weniger leckeren Speisen zufrieden gewesen. Stattdessen hatten wir verwundbare hausgemachte Gnocchi und Tagliatelle, einmal mit Salsiccia und Radicchio und der Tagliatelle al salmone. beide waren so wunderbar wie der Dessert, einmal Tartelette mit Ricotta, Schokolade und Holzfrüchten, einmal ein wunderbarer Apfelstrudel. der Grappa war sehr gut und sehr gut begabt. Wir kommen zurück. versprochen!

We went with my husband just passing by this beautiful town, and it was great. The place is like the older times, untouched by modern, so it keeps its beauty and timeless grace. The woman (I think the owner) was extremely welcoming and nice from the heart. We ordered a typical mountain very special dish, like a vegetable stew with home-made buckwheat pasta and it was fantastic. Thank you for the beautiful experience, it's nice to know there are still people like you around.
