had a dinner here with a party of about 40 on a Riviera Travel tour. The service was well able to cope. A standard table d'hote menu but very good. Wine was included.Well worth going again. Just a few minutes from Aix.

Super! If you’re hankering for steak, go here. They even have American and British cuts of meat. The restaurant was very busy and seemed like a local favorite. I found this restaurant to be very comfortable and there is a good selection on the menu.

The Location is very nice and comfortable designed. The waiters did help us with the menue, as our french was not good enough to translate the menue. The food was well prepared but did not have a very special touch. Looking from the outside I expected more. Ver carta

This place has a potential but it is lacking something one would typically expect from a higher class restaurants. Food is good, but towards "ok", rather then towards "great".Service is slow, even if attentive and polite. Menue is not very inventive. Feels overpriced for what it has to offer.

We passed this restaurant on our way to another fire to stop one night. It is a very popular restaurant. The food is very good, the service is wonderful. We enjoyed our meal and the variety of offerings very much. The salad was lightly dressed and tasty. The XXL steak was very large mostly tender.

A large group of us came to Lotre for dinner - a great time was had by all.We were seated outside in a very pretty courtyard at tables for six people (so nice not to be on huge tables where you can't hear most of your fellow diners). Included was a pre-dinner drink with olives and tapenade, then an excellent three course meal with three bottles of wine between six, followed by coffee.Great service, lovely ambience. Ver carta

We had passed this restaurant several times and it looks lovely at night with the fairy lights so we decided to visit. Restaurant is large lots of tables however maybe they should add additional staff to accommodate the amount of people. We had to wait a long time for menus, food and drinks. Food is expensive and not worth the money there are other restaurants in the area offering better food and service. A very disappointed evening.

On the first evening of my arrival in Provence, my wife and I decided to have supper. On the way to Aix-en-Provence, they saw the lovely restaurant Lotre. The atmosphere and entourage of the restaurant made a favorable impression, but left me to be much better ... We arrived in Provence, in the south of France and expected to have dinner with Provencal cuisine. wanted to have different fish, vegetable dishes, and finally the famous aioli sauce .. but we did not get all this (I consisted of sets that the waiter refused to change, so we had to choose the most acceptable sets and dine with them. We were staying in Aix-en-Provence and we were looking for a restaurant with a local/mediterranean cuisine. In the Gault Millau this restaurant received good critics so we made a reservation for 4. We were almost the first in the restaurant at 19:00 hours and the staff was still setting up and laying tables for the evening (opened officially at 18:30). Being the only guests we expected at least some focus on our table but that was not the case. Getting the attention of the staff was a fulltime job for the evening, even though they were very nice once they had found our table. We had starters and main courses.
