The service was excellent, the food was excellent, and the small restaurant was beautiful. I would definitely recommend it.

I got 2 chicken Cajun burgers that come out not even cooked probably still pink on the inside. Had to throw it away as it started to make me feel sick. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Lovely ambiance, friendly staff who always greet you warmly. I usually stick to my favorite dishes, but have also tried new ones and have never been disappointed! I appreciate supporting local businesses, especially a local family-owned restaurant.

I had lunch today at a restaurant with an extensive menu and attentive service. My jacket potato with tuna had a homemade feel to it and was served with a delicious side of coleslaw. I would definitely recommend this dish and plan to visit again in the future to try other menu items. Ver carta

I visited this restaurant this morning and ordered two breakfast plates. Unfortunately, the bacon was overcooked and literally inedible. When we mentioned it to the staff, all they could offer was an apology. Overall, the meal was disappointing. The breakfast cost was between £1-10 per person. The food quality was rated as a 1, service a 2, and atmosphere a 2.

I have lived in the village for 50 years and have eaten at Madeira occasionally. I have tried their all day breakfast, homemade fishcakes with homemade sweet chilli sauce, steaks, and recently the Lamb Shank, which was delicious and fell off the bone as it should. The sauce was amazing. My party of four, including my dog, were well taken care of during our recent visit. From drinks to mains to tea and even milk for the dog, we were looked after. Madeira is a well-run family business that caters to everyone and welcomes all guests. It is a great place to dine any time of day. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
