Food is great!! Service takes forever, had to wait minutes to order (it was not busy at all! wait another for the starters, and another for the main dishes!!! But than again food is great! Ver carta

Restaurant serves traditional Indian Food. Location is nothing special, situated a bit outside of the City but the Food makes up for it. Especially to mention is the garlic nan , which is delicious! We enjoy their Indian tastes on a regular basis.

We ordered two dishes on a Wednesday afternoon and it took more than one hour to arrive at my place. However, the food was very good and plenty. Dishes were delivered with rice and nan, which was very nice. We will order again but probably...in advance...

I ordered on the phone some food to have it delivered at home. The delivery was pretty fast and the food was C_R_A_Z_Y!!!! Paneeri Takki Masala was really good and the butter kichen was divine. They came with rice and bread and we were soooo...full after the dinner!!! I really enjoyed it. Mango lassi was delicious, they delivered it in huge styrofoam cups and I loved it. Ver carta

A wonderfully diverse menu, helpful and attentive staff, and a pleasant ambiance helped to make our dinner one of the better meals we've had since moving to Gottingen. Not too many people came in while we were there, so hopefully business picks up or is...better than it looks, because this restaurant should stay! It's a little out of the way, on the West side of town, but definitely worth the trip, and we'll be going back soon.

The menu is fabulous with a terrific range of dishes which you will want to try. The waiters are really helpful and can recommend which courses compliment each other, also helpful when bringing an additional starter just so we could try it! The dishes taste...superb and the quantities are enough for you to take home a doggy-bag. Flavours are really good with all food prepared on the premises, visit the kitchen if you wish. Prices are very competitive and it's a place to visit again, highly recommended!

Madras Vanakam is definitely worth a visit if you find yourself in this area. It really doesn't look like much from the outside......actually they need to both weed and do the lawn, but that's all forgotten when you go inside to eat. Service is, although...a little slow, super friendly. The food is amazing! Prices very fair. Inside is clean and with a Indian flair decoration . Just go for the food, totally worth a trip to this somewhat odd located restaurant I'd happily go back over and over for the food! Ver carta
