So much so on a recent visit to York we dined two days in a row (How's that for a recommendation) The restaurant itself is lovely and it has a cracking little garden which is great to eat in during summer. It is our favourite restaurant in York and I definitely recommend a visit."

We were searching for a place to eat fairly late on Saturday and stumbled upon Mamma Mia. What a great find! The service was top-notch, and the food was absolutely delicious! I would highly recommend Mamma Mia to everyone!

This cozy restaurant has a friendly atmosphere and is well-managed. The food was fantastic, the service was efficient, and we truly felt welcome and unbothered during our meal. I would highly recommend this place; it’s definitely worth a visit!

Had a fabulous meal at this lovely restaurant..The mixed fish grill was amazing definitely recommend this dish....followed by the trio of desserts which were delicious. The staff are so friendly and helpful..we will definitely be returning soon .

I have been eating at this restaurant for over 20 years, Fernando and his team are attentive the food is beyond descriptionas it's so good the wine is fantastic and authentic. If you want authentic Italian cuisine this is definitely the best place to go.

an absolutely fantastic little restaurant, a hidden gem, tasty garlic tomatenbrot followed by best steak my man tasted(his cake) but I have to agree, my huh was amazing, excellent service and courteous friendly coworkers that they won't come out of the door when they finished will visit definitiw again when in york.

We dined here last night and had a wonderful evening. The staff was incredibly friendly and the food was absolutely amazing! Even though the restaurant was quite busy, we never felt rushed while enjoying our meal. This is one of the best Italian restaurants I’ve tried, and I highly recommend it to everyone visiting York.
