We have come back again this year as the people were so friendly when we came on holiday here last year and again they were once again very welcoming, not only do they have a great selection of drinks but the food is top class I will certainly be coming back again Ver carta

We stayed with friends nearby and ate here on three occasions, very nice Steak sandwich, a great Sunday Carvery and a massive mixed grill, the staff made us feel welcome, our little girl had cod bites and chips which was of a good quality unlike a lot of children's meals these days! We are back again in August to try some more of the varied and reasonably priced menu!

Expected to feel like the outsider in this local pub...we couldn't have been more wrong! Friendly staff, an inviting roaring fire on the go, and welcoming locals made us feel right at home. We got married nearby, and visited the pub for grub on more than one occasion. It was so good, we just had to go back for more, and I'm sure we'll be talking about those chips for a long time!

Me and my husband visited this lovely family run pub day after our wedding celebrations in Cornwall, we received a very warm welcome from the owners who are very proud about the local produce they prepare with love and passion! The stake we ordered was mouthwatering and cooked to perfection! We have even received wedding wishes and complementary drinks from the owner! Thank you for a lovely meal! Ver carta
