Friendly pub with nice atmosphere and excellent gluten free options

Great food, good atmosphere, good value. We had a good night celebrating South African cuisine

Had an absolutely amazing night all because of such great staff! Billy truly stood out you could tell he really cared about the customers and fully enjoys his job. Couldn’t ask for a better member of staff he is a credit to your business thank you Billy

We went today for lunch...wow! Best Sunday lunch out ever! Food was piping hot, vegetables cooked to perfection, yourkshires amazing, beef lovely. The gravy was really tasty and not the normal tasteless gravy you get elsewhere. We had a pudding too, which was also lovely. Would highly recommended and will definitely be going again

This is a fabulous pub set in a great, easy to reach location! It is family friendly and really good to watch sports with the kids. The bar staff are very friendly and welcoming and there is a good selection of beers and wines. There is also a brilliant gin menu. There is a decent car park at the back. I'm looking forward to checking out the food menu soon! Ver carta

We booked a table last Thursday for 8 of us to celebrate my Mums life and we were given the best service you could wish for. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff joined in with our terrible sense of humour. Food was delicious and we kept ordering little bits over 4/5 hours we were there and the kitchen kept on producing without a moan. Drinks flowed effortlessly so I want to just say thank you for hosting the perfect evening.

I really like this place. It's just hearty and wholesome food, no frills, no farty nonsense. Just good scran. The staff are consistently friendly and clearly know what they're doing. The atmosphere is a little bit like being in your aunt's house, a chill vibe. I went out for a vape and the waitress came out to me to tell me my food was on the table. Love that. There was three of us, we all had a main meal, shared two desserts between us, had a drink each and a coffee each £50! Tidy!

We booked a table for five. We had the healthy option menu there was another menu but staff were eager for us to try out the new menu and persuaded us to have that. I choose smoke haddock fishcake quite tasteless. Followed by steak Rare my steak was almost well done. It went back to be replaced by a really lovely steak beit a tad small. The potatoes were not the best had gone to water and soggy. I had Vegan pudding of cheesecake very nice indeed best course of the night. The young girl assured me it was diary free. Although the same girl got my steak wrong. When it came to paying that was a complete mess up my card kept getting refused. So we moved to front of restaurant incase of signal pro... Ver carta
