Marinehaus - Carta

The food was regular. No Wi-Fi available despite saying there is. Not possible to have separate bills. The people don’t make effort to speak english. Should not receive tourists.

Arrived in Berlin after a lengthy train ride and was hoping to find a late night meal. Order the Fetaschnitzel and it was fantastic! Very glad to have found this place after check in. We very vegetarian friendly menu.

A typical german restaurant with a lack of english menu. Trying to figure out what is what looking at the german language menu, we have been proposed from the staff to use Google tranlsate.The advertised WiFi was kaput. The food Was okay. No coffee, cause...the maschine was also caput. Ver carta

Sowohl Essen wie auch Bedienung urig- rustikal. Für ein deftiges Essen zur Mittagszeit gut geeignet. Die Qualität des Essens und der Getränke gut und nicht zu beanstanden, serviert von einer Bedienung, die mit ihrer Art gut ins Bild einer Berliner Gaststätte passt. Die Preise angemessen.

Das Marinehaus ist eigentlich nicht schwer zu finden: direkt neben der chinesischen Botschaft an der Jannowitzbrücke, also nicht weit vom Alexanderplatz, U-Bahn "Märkisches Museum". Ideal gelegen und einfach richtig gut, besonders im Sommer zum draußen sitzen direkt an der Spree. Gutes Essen, gutes Bier und nette Bedienung.

in front of the restaurant there is an enterong point for sightseeing on a boat that takes about 3 hours. After not a very impressive 3-hour trip, the dinner had improved the atmosphere. The food is great, delicious, abundant in portions. A slight remark that...the servant is a bit slow, otherwise all praise. Decked out with fishing tackle - reminded me of a Cornish pub. We were the only tourists here - mostly locals. Great food and fantastic house wine served by the glass.They had to go look for a menu in English/Russian/Spanish as it is the locals that eat here. Quite complicated dishes so you do need the translation but really good food. Great sauces and sausages.Puddings are mostly ice cream with various additions.

my wife and I stopped here after a long day in berlin. it is near our hotel and looked beautiful with beautiful river views. on the seats I asked if they accepted the cards as from any strange reason, three other cafe food providers... today we asked to pay in cash? this is really unusual, but note this possibility in berlin . At least we were informed that they did and intended to stay for a meal and drinks. I entered the bar area of space to see what was in the offer, as we sat outside. I cannot begin to describe how unhelpful and unwilling the owners and waiters were. I am completely grateful that there are language barriers, and I accept that I can speak German no more than a few words,...

To preface this review, I am a very experienced restaurant owner and absolutely never write poor reviews about places but I have never been treated so poorly as my friend and I were at Marinehaus. The experience stared off friendly since my friend speaks some...German, but as soon as I spoke any english at all the entire treatment we received took a 180. If you are an American, I highly recommend finding elsewhere to eat in the area. During ordering, I did not ask the server to translate anything for me at all, I simply asked her for her recommendations (seems like a very common occurrence in the service industry) and the blonde lady was immediately flustered and told me to use my phone tran...
