"I called today. my partner ordered a cheese and a baconburger. it arrived and the babin stick out of the bungalow raw. I touched the speck and it was persistently cold. I said to my partner that you eat this. I went to the counter and said that this speck is cold. I was told that a new burger was introduced. the burger came and again the speck was cold. I went back to the counter. is that a sweat I said. the speck is absolutely stolperkalt. a manager came by. he said the speck was not cooked on the ground! absolutely no excuse for cold speck. it looked lively. he also said that the speck is presented at room temperature. the speck was totally cold, I said. he offered a replacement. we chose a Bacin cheeseburger who was hot. for their health their bacon is so that it is worth exaggerating it."

We used the drive thru. Long que but soon got served friendly intercom. Was quick and Hot chips. Considering circumstances all good.

the drive thru was very busy, so decided to come in, it was not busy in, only ordered a few items. that was long, not eating so fast.

went through the drive to the breakfast. they missed the extra egg and missed 1 hash brown. but I once crawled them when I came back, and they offered me a free next time, but it's not the first time that this happened!

My last few purchased orders have been disgraceful. One order didn’t even turn up and got cancelled! Another one the entire order was wrong! And tonight the Chips have clearly been reheated but was still stone cold and soggy! Burgers both had a funny smell...coming from it and chicken nuggets tasted strange made me sick. Not going to be ordering food from here again. Ver carta

Went here tonight with my partner and used the drive through. Staff were VERY grump, rude and slouching about. Lack of communication lead us to go to the third window, we were then not told use that window unless told. When replying with the staff...at the previous window didn't even look when handing the drinks, the window was closed on us. Diffinately wouldn't recommend this one to anyone and will NOT be going back anytime soon Put 1 as wasn't aloud to continue without this

I had not had a bad meal until recently! last 3 times we had been through the drive thru, we were parked what I don't make out, as at least some of the meals come fresh. the last 3 times there. is no dip selected for the chicken, several parts of the meal have hardly come out lukewarm. of the 3 meal times ordered for the latest meal, 3 family members refused to eat chips! I didn't think you could get bad chips. I can't really describe it. I guess like karton, the texture was not like kartoffel, cold, hard and chewing. never had chips so bad before, maybe a bad charge! think I will probably go the extra few miles to the new mcdonald’s from now on.
