"We had a table booked for a late lunch on a Sunday and were disappointed there was no roast option on the Specials board. The food we did have was excellent and it’s a great family and dog friendly pub restaurant in a wonderful setting. Service was very slow and lacking any sort of interest or attention when we visited the place seemed to be staffed with a bunch of half asleep teenagers. Maybe things will pick up once we are into the busier season!"

the food was delicious; burger and lobster bisque risotto. Although there was a quiet Friday evening in the januar, there was a beautiful ambiente. would recommend a meal. very friendly staff.

good meals venison burger, pheasant, chowder and rump steak all cooked well and extremely tasty. friendly service. we come regularly and enjoy each time thoroughly. many thanks to adam crew (and cook! for their consistent service and high standards. I'll see you soon. Ver carta

Although they have a limited list for vegans, eating is absolutely delicious! we had to start buffalo cauliflower bites, the burger with all circumcisions e.g. chips and salat, falafel mezze and the udon suppe with tofu pieces. we can't owe it! loves sailing! they also have vegan wee listed that is also a bonus!

I visited this restaurant as the vegan options were marked very clearly on the menu. there were two vegan main thing, including a Katsu curry and bbq quasedilla. it would have been nice to see more vegan options like appetizers like garlic brot available. there were also halloumi burger available for vegetarier.
