I frequently visit McDonald's and typically enjoy a consistent experience with my orders. However, during my last visit, I was served by Stacey in the evening, and I have to say she stood out. She was exceptionally polite and efficient, making my experience even better. I genuinely believe she deserves a promotion for her outstanding service and hard work.

This restaurant has undergone an update featuring new Totum ordering boards, replacing the old service counter that has been relocated. Customers can still place orders at the service counter, but the outdated backlit menu board has been replaced with LCD monitors, making the space feel much brighter and more open. There are also standard tabletop monitors for children to enjoy while they play and watch. The layout of the tables and chairs has been improved, providing more space for patrons. Additionally, table service is now available for dining in.

Ordered double sausage and egg muffin, orange juice, hashbrown and a porridge with jam. Sausage and egg muffin was hot and fresh however the hashbrown was cold I also didn't receive a spoon or jam with my porridge, and i didn't receive a double peel sticker on my orange juice. As with most takeaway orders it's too late to do anything about once you've left.
