"Two of my friends and I were having a quick bite, I've bought a fish burger and as I was eating it I saw a hair in the bun. I've come to a manager Carlos to address this issue and he gave me a huge...attitude saying that I've waited until I was almost done with it to show him. He never apologized and took my whole tray with fries and a bottle of water and just threw it away. Without sayings anything he came back and started assisting other customers. We waited for 5 minutes without any response, then asked him what was going on. Again with the huge attitude, he said that he's helping other customers and told us to wait for another 5 minutes. When I asked him for what, he stated that they are making another burger for me. Initially, he never asked me whether I want another one instead and of course I didn't, I found this place unsanitary . I asked him for my money back, he held his finger up ”asking” to wait?! then gave me a refund all in coins. After all, I felt extremely disrespected. I wouldn't want to rate the whole entity based on one person but unfortunately this person made my experience extremely miserable"

The environment is really nice and characteristic, the service is very fast and the staff is always available

The spot is amazing, the view unbelievable but we think it is just a Macdonalds, no is the best Macdonalds we tried ever. The wrap seems a home made food. And yesterday the coffee was free .very friendly staff, so we gonna go back again

We ordered 2 menus, upon delivery the food was cold and not consistent with the descriptions, the sandwiches were disastrously made in an obscene manner, the fanta was more than horrible I don't recommend it, in fact the first and last time I strongly advise against it horrible experience. A normal Macedoo. Unfortunately there are far too few vegetarian burgers and nuggets, so I practically never shop there. It's a shame, but most people look away and turn their heads off when animals are killed. Unfortunately there are only machines there for ordering, probably to optimize profits. But it is very well located by the lake a little away from the center.

we went around the lago lugano and thought we would fall into this beautiful (on the outside mcdonald 's for coffee and a snack. the view of the sea of the tables was beautiful, even in the rain. please see photos. but when I waited in the line. to order, I raised my phone to a picture of the interesting menu. Suddenly the dark-haired dame behind the counter, Italian-speaking, no English, started to shake her finger back and forth and scream, no! no! no! no! no! no! no! no! no! no! no! no! no! no! no! no! we got our snack and went, but I must say that she was the rude person I met in our two weeks in the beautiful Swiss. I suggest to eat in a more friendly restaurant while in lugano.
