"We were queuing outside at Metropol at around 4:40 p.m. on May 7th, 2023, as shown on the poster. We waited in vain for an employee to lead us to our seat. But several times a blonde lady who works there walked past us in an unfriendly manner, didn 't even greet us and made us wait for 10 minutes, then came past us again with a very arrogant look and changed the poster in front of us to we 're closing now !! I think if you work in a restaurant or with customers in general you should at least be friendly enough to greet your guests and politely tell us that unfortunately there are no more seats available and unfortunately they won 't let anyone in... (even though it 's open until 6 p.m. Training certainly wouldn 't be bad for the staff!! were there for the last time!"

Wow, what a place! Great music, first class food. Bay was very accommodating and was able to inspire and surprise us with his expertise. Theo, a special thank you for your hospitality! You just feel like you're in an oasis of well-being every time you enter the restaurant/bar. Best restaurant in Zurich!

After a tiring day at work, me and my colleague wanted to do something good for ourselves. We spontaneously went to the Metropol to sip an Aperol and enjoy the evening sun. Theo&Ash, thank you for the great service. The atmosphere was great, you were very accommodating and the food was amazing! We will be back!!
