So I came with high expectations and was nonetheless surprised at the excellence of the food, the amount of choice I...had from the many gluten free dishes on offer, the very attentive service and the general cheerful atmosphere of the place. However, my companions were equally very pleasantly surprised they had not expected such quality and such an excellent menu in an Augsburg suburb. We all of us enjoyed ourselves so much that we went again the next week and we will definitely go back when we are next in the area."

Perfekt Dinner with perfekt Service We get there with 13 persons and everybody gets his drink very fast...also the food was there very fast...and it was sooo delicious

We had a great evening at Michelangelo! The waitress was perfect. She always had an eye on the table. The wine glasses have never been empty, the food was served very fast even if the restaurant was fully crowded and the owner himself was treating...us as if we were old friends. What a great experience. All of our dishes have been excellent. Thanks for this nice evening. We are definitely coming back!

we went to this restaurant due to the high rankings on trip advisor, but were extremely disappointed. the mixed starter we have ordered was best mouthsome, with the sea fruits blande and the mozzarella cheese tastes cheap/synthetic. the fish (the special day we are for. the main course spent, was somewhat decent, but in consideration of the exorbitant price we paid, it was far below the par. would recommend to avoid this restaurant, especially since there are several qualitatiw high quality Italian restaurants in augsburg in the offer.

Cafe Michelangelo in Rothenburg ob der Tauber exceeded our expectations. Gluten free pasta, it is not on the menu, but ask for it. They even cook the gluten free pasta separately too! Celiac awareness was amazing thanks to server G! He even helped my father...with his strict meat and Lactose allergy. Went there for lunch and loved it so much we went back for dinner. The food, the atmosphere, and the servers treated us like family. They have fantastic creme brulee too! The servers spoke English and understood our broken German, very accommodating. Thank you Cafe Michelangelo!
