Miller Carter - Carta

The château briand at Miller and Carter in Salfords was cooked to perfection and the service provided by Beatrix was fantastic. Overall, it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Well done!

The restaurant was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Warm and welcoming atmosphere. The food was very tasty and plentiful. It was too much for me to eat but I was supplied with a good sized box to take it home

I love coming to this restaurant for dinner, especially for my anniversary with my girlfriend. We have been here for the past two years in a row. The food is delicious, the service is quick, and the staff is fantastic. Donna in particular was amazing! Ver carta

We had a lovely meal here, my partner and I shared the butchers block which was delicious and a very generous portion. My daughter had the meet balls which she enjoyed. Our waitress was Donna and she was attentive, polite and friendly. Thank you for a nice dinner

We all had a delicious lunch yesterday afternoon. Some of us had food from the festive menu and others had food from the a la carte menu and we all agreed that the food was tasty and the service was excellent. Our food arrived promptly and our server Jeanie was welcoming and attentive. We would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Our waitress was perfect, the food was good (but not amazing . No complaints there. Visited for my daughters 18th birthday and very disappointed that the manager would not serve my daughter a drink as she didn’t have a physical ID card had one on her mobile, understood it was her 18th birthday, seated with her family including mum (me! , dad and 2 younger brothers (so I’d say a pretty solid bet! …but no. Very inflexible. Not impressed. Didn’t let it ruin our evening but it did make me cross won’t bother to go back for that alone. Ver carta

I have always gone to this restaurant more than 8 times a year with my family and we spend over 400 on each visit because we love Miller and Carter. Today’s visit was so unpleasant and just because we are human, and considerate we stayed after we ordered. Lorraine out waitress was just so pushy and had full on attitude. Personally felt like she was treating me and my family like We are teenagers and rushing us. We are still finishing off the meal and she asks us if we need desert menu after saying No ti her she goes straight for the bill. We are busy finishing off no time to think but we’re being rushed to make a decision on what we need next. Each meal is an average of £50 we are 3 adults 4...

We went for chrismas dinner with my wife and 3 kids. The starters was nice but this is just to let people know don’t go for Christmas dinner if you like your Christmas dinner I was no Yorkshire pudding. The gravy was like brown water with no taste. No I’m no cook but I know it’s not hard to make thicker gravy and the roast potatoes were absolutely horrendous like you’ve just got them out of a packet and warmed them up. I would say probably the worst I’ve ever had in my life. The turkey meat was okay and then the carrots. Cabbage and spokes was okay but that’s all you got. We went to dinner on Christmas Day after paying a high price upfront. Upon arrival, we were informed that the dessert we ordered was not available and were offered a chocolate brownie instead. The roast turkey dinner was disappointing, with poorly cooked potatoes, undercooked parsnips, and bland cauliflower cheese. The salmon dish was dry and had a bitter taste, with a small portion of dauphinois potatoes. Our cheesecake order was initially served without the profiteroles and caramel sauce we requested, but after showing the waitress the menu, the correct dish was brought out. We were surprised to be told by the waitress that the chef had done this "especially" for us, as it was what we had... Ver carta
