"The atmosphere, welcome and service are amazing: it is such a nice place to visit. Milly's is the essence of Leigh Road and beats Broadway by a mile. The salads are delicious, the gazpacho was a triumph and all-in all, just a lovely relaxed lunch in the garden. We had mineral water but I believe this place is licensed so I do think the rather basic paper menus could be improved."

This is a really lovely family-run local cafe along the Leigh Road in my home town of Leigh-on-Sea.

Best breakfast/lunch/takeaway in area. Well worth the few extra pence cos you pay for what you get. Am a regular for breakfast rolls and takeaway soup. Delicious and fresh.

A fantastic place of ambience, smell and taste with warm friendly service. I went there for a roll for breakfast and felt like I had just been in a boulangerie in Nice. If I lived back down there in Essex I would eat there all the time. Delicious!

Fantastic meal in this gem of a place...couldn’t fault any of it. Starters : delicious ditto lamb and bean mash followed by the best homemade lemon meringue pie ever. Good selection of wines from Berry Brothers and Rudd. Staff attentive and interested in our experience...
