"Spitzenküche aus Japan am Tegernsee kann ja nur gut sein. Dachten wir uns auch und haben auf Empfehlung eines ehemaligen Mitarbeitenden es zeitnah probiert. Und das war gut so. Das To Share Konzept ist für uns super, wir konnten das Essen unter Schirmen im Garten draußen genießen, das plätschernde Wasser des nahen Baches hatte außerdem eine erfrischende Kühle, insgesamt tolles Ambiente. Auch der kleine Kräutergarten in Sichtweite hat etwas von „Zen“ Feeling. Vorweg ein warmes Tuch zur Erfrischung fühlt sich an wie Business Class mit sehr gutem Service. Die Wagyu Sushis haben es in sich, der Junior hat alle super schnell weggeknabbert, das Tempura Gemüse erfreut jeden Vegetarier, Leckerbissen und genau auf den Punkt. Das Hühnchen war der vorläufige Höhepunkt und auch optisch wirklich gelungen. Die Chili Fäden ein Geheimnis an sich. Eigentlich fast schon genug, wir haben dann doch noch die Wings probiert, zu lecker und zu groß die Versuchung. Der After Burner in Geschmack, Optik und Finishing war das Dessert. Eigentlich in Asien oft eine „Schwäche“ aus meiner Dessert Liebhaber Sicht. Hier klar ein Top Ausreißer und ein wirkliches „Must Try“. Der aromatisierte Rauch unter der Haube zieht sanft in das Tarte Dessert ein und riecht unglaublich gut. Wozu nach Japan, am Tegernsee ist Japan doch so nah."

an authentic sushi bar, or even an original as in japan, is here our experience far missed; a restaurant with Asian flair and kitchen is offered. the sushi selection is very low. sashimi there is only one category. as with the other bachmair restaurants, the alcohol consumption feels at the middle point, for example, the Sake list is longer than that for sushi. at our visit came the sushi master on the ground of the full restaurant in timenot and we had long waiting times. for hungry with children therefore rather unsuitable. for a formal frame the small chopstick bench is missing at the deck.
