"the best food on my trip was in my hotel. the quality and presentation were perfect. I enjoyed it so much that I ordered it again the next night. If you go, I hope you have the opportunity to meet lorenzo. he was so friendly and attentive. I was lucky to sit with him on the bar and we had a nice conversation. for management please keep these items in the menu. they were amazing! also thanks lorenzo for his wonderful hospitality. it has a light airy brasserie look with a cosmopolitan European look. it is glass-fronted (with frosting to protect from the nasty fit) so the light is wonderful, even on the day of edinburgh winter

the bread street brasserie houses every last Thursday of the month a vegan evening and it is amazing. Although I am not vegan myself, some of my friends are and it is nice to have a place that is a really good three-course menu for them with very carefully prepared and presented dishes that are also very delicious. it is a beautiful place and the staff is always very friendly.
