It is famous all around for the espatada meat,but I would always recommend for meat lovers to try their beef crockets and variety of steaks.Pavlov dessert is to die for! Owner Anita is always at the bar and all the waitresses are well trained and ready to assist.Would strongly recommend to visit, but make sure you call and book a table before going,as that place is nearly full every night."

OMW, I heard the Espetada was good and it was utterly sublime! This is a definite do over! Best you remember to book, we booked for 6.30, and 40mins later; they were chock full! Service also excellent.

Being going to monte cello for years and I have never had a bad meal. The quality is constantly high. The service in and out of season is very good. The menu is well priced a hidden gem if you have not tried it make it your next stop Ver carta

The food at this restaurant is incredible. We tried the 500g Espetada and the Pork Belly, both of which were exceptional. In particular, the rump of the Espetada was incredibly juicy and tender. I will definitely be returning to Montecello in the future.

Oh yes, best place in town!! This place came highly recommended and it sure lived up to its reputation. When going to Montecello, the Espetada is a must. The meat was absolutely amazing, so soft and full of flavor. We also had the Chilli Steak, the pieces of steak were just as soft and it had a nice bite to it. The restaurant was really cozy and it seems to be very popular, so you'll have to make a booking before going!
